Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES – 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Buds and Beads our philosophy on returns, refunds and exchanges is simple, backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will offer a credit, exchange or refund on receipt of the returned goods. That’s it.


Returns

You may return a product within 21 days of delivery. If more than 21 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To facilitate a speedy return, please include your receipt or your order number.


Non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on Gift cards or Products that have been used


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a five (5) working days.


Please Note: We only cover postage for faulty products - we do not cover return shipping for change of mind.


Late or missing refunds 

If you have not received your refund in a few days, please double check your bank account again after a couple more days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@budsandbeads.com.au 


Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please send us an email at info@budsandbeads.com.au and send your returning item to the below address.
