Shipping Refunds

All postage costs associated with exchanges are not refunded by Buds and Beads unless the product is deemed faulty. You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 


Insurance

Please note that once parcels are posted they become the property of postal or freight company. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the delivery representative upon delivery.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable.

How much does shipping cost?

All domestic orders will be calculated at check out. 


When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders Monday through Friday – all orders received in before midday will be shipped the same day. Any orders that arrive after midday are shipped next day, unless we pull a rabbit out of a hat and manage to squeeze it in on the same day – lucky you!


When will I receive my order?

For NSW, ACT Victoria and Queensland, please allow 2-5 days for delivery. For WA/NT/SA/TAS, please allow 6-10 days. Regardless of where you are, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information – you can then track your parcel 24/7.


What if I change my mind after I place my order?

That’s fine, we have no problem with that! Simply email us as soon as possible at info@budsandbeads.com.au explaining what you would like to change, as well as your order number – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, then we’ll do everything we can to assist in your request.
