Darjeeling First Flush - Black Tea

$22.00

Size

We’ve fallen in love with the French wine grape flavours and aromatics of this champagne of teas. As the colours of India burst to life in Spring, so does this gem of the Himalayas, where the high altitudes and lush soils of Puttabong plantation produce some of the finest Darjeeling to be found. As fresh as it comes, this tea is made in a natural way. Leaves are only lightly oxidised and unroasted, retaining a pleasing, just-picked, verdant green colour.

Food Pairing

A true delicacy for savouring with poached chicken, cold seafood, French cheeses or light-as-air sponge cake, this pale golden liquor with peachy floral aromas and characteristic French wine grape flavours has a delicate body and delightfully crisp finish.

Rich in antioxidants, helps improve digestion and immune boosting.
